Hello everyone! Today, I wanted to share a healthy recipe with you. I don’t know about you guys, but I love bread. I’m sort of a bread fiend. My whole family always jokes with our waiter at restaurants by telling them they’ll need to bring one basket of bread for me and one for everyone else. I always felt a little guilty for my obsession with bread….until I found this recipe from Quincey Whimpey of iheartmacros (follow her on insta for more great recipes)! In this post I topped the bread with plain greek yogurt along with some fresh blueberries, but you could pair it with your favorite fruit or just eat it plain. Protein Bread:
Preheat oven to 350
Add the following ingredients to a large bowl and mix well:
1/2 c coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
1.5 c egg whites
Bake for 40 minutes
